Maths, it answers a lot of our questions and issues.

For many people the fastest thing to do is to count the "healthy" days of the week or the month.

Counting those of inactivity, poor sleep and or bad nutrition would be far more demanding and not hit quite so sweet.

Where does this lead? The percentage of healthy days is far less than that of unhealthy days.

The proportions are poor.

The math is not good, our forefathers such as Xenocrates, Eratosthenes and Aristotle would not be proud of us.

Let's flip it, let's stack the percentages in our favor, let's make the proportions look beautiful for a healthy and happy life.
