We are seeking a passionate female Running Coach to inspire, lead, and support female runners of all levels in our Ladies Run Club. The role involves face-to-face and online coaching that makes ladies better at life through running. Ideal candidates should be experienced in endurance coaching and committed to helping clients become ‘Better at Life.’

An Endurance Coach at InnerFight specialises in training athletes to improve their stamina, speed, and overall endurance, whether for running, cycling, triathlons, or other endurance sports. They design customised programs that build physical and mental resilience, guiding clients through progressive, evidence-based training while offering support and motivation to overcome challenges.
