Marcus started training a friend for free who was heavily overweight but wanted to change.

3 months later the friend had lost 15kg and people wanted to know what the secret was. One by one people joined Marcus’s training group.

4 years of training people, playing with training ideas and getting results and Marcus needed a place to house all the training plans he had written.

It was logical to put them online and share them with the world.

The InnerFight training group outgrew it’s initial home and moved to Dubais first “warehouse” style gym 24 fitness.

Marcus quit his job in the corporate world and for the first time started to charge people to train with him at a new location Evolve fitness.

It was from this location that InnerFight Endurance was also formed based around Marcus passion for endurance sports.

An abrupt end to InnerFight being based out of Evolve fitness saw Marcus hold daily training sessions on the public beach for free until he secured a new location.

InnerFight open within Engine Health and Fitness, hire their first staff and the community starts to grow and fast outgrows the space.

A converted storage warehouse is the new and permanent home of InnerFight.

The InnerFight brand continues to evolve and relocates it’s HQ to Studio City upgrading it’s offering and including Smith St Café on the premises.

It operates from this boutique location to this day.

Jamie Clarke and Tom Walker join Marcus as partners of the InnerFight brand
