Pull ups, muscle ups, toes to bar, hand stand push ups!
Expect to find all these gymnastics based movements in this class as well as some hand stand walking!
Sometimes it’s a bit of a technique tweak that will get you’re your first pull up, sometimes it’s a bit of strength work.
No matter what it is we will figure out and get you better at gymnastics in this class.
