10+Years of Youth Coaching Experience
Why the InnerFight Youth Program?
A progressive coaching pathway for children and teens aged 5–18. From discovering movement to training for life, every stage is designed to help young people build confidence, resilience and healthy habits that last a lifetime.
More Than a Kids’ Fitness Class
Young people develop through movement, coaching, challenges and community, not physical training alone.
Coaching That Grows With Them
The program progresses through four age-appropriate stages, from discovering movement to training independently.
Built for Life, Not Just Sport
Training develops the confidence, resilience and habits young people need inside and outside the gym.
A Coaching Pathway for Every Stage of Growing Up
The InnerFight Youth Program provides a safe, fun and progressive environment where young people learn to move well, train well and live well.
Through age-appropriate coaching and long-term athletic development, each stage builds the physical skills, confidence, character and habits needed for what comes next.

The goal at this stage is to create positive, lifelong associations with exercise and activity. Through movement, games and exploration, children learn fundamental skills while developing confidence, participation and teamwork.
Movement · Confidence · Teamwork

Children develop broad athletic competency through movement and strength foundations. They also begin learning focus, accountability, resilience and what good effort looks like.
Athleticism · Strength · Resilience

Training becomes more structured as young athletes build strong foundations. They improve movement competency, strength and work capacity while developing an understanding of recovery, nutrition and training.
Strength · Fitness · Training Knowledge
.avif)
They develop the skills and independence to train with purpose. The program combines strength and conditioning with leadership, responsibility, goal setting and healthy lifestyle habits.
Performance · Leadership · Independence
Every Session Shapes the Person They’re Becoming
Together, these four areas help young people develop the skills and habits to keep progressing. Not only in training, but in life:

Physical: develop movement, strength, fitness and athleticism.
Psychological: build confidence, resilience, effort and a growth mindset.
Social: practise communication, teamwork, leadership and respect.
Educational: develop an understanding of movement, training, health and lifestyle habits.
Our goal is for every young person to leave the InnerFight Youth Program able to move well, train well, think well, lead well and live well.
Meet Coach Sarah
Sarah Laws brings more than 10 years of experience coaching children. Her philosophy is simple: Master the basics first. Build everything else from there.
Sarah creates an environment where young people feel supported, challenged and able to enjoy the process of improving.
For her, the best part of coaching is watching a child leave a session smiling, standing a little taller and already excited to return.
