We crave instant gratification as we are able to get it in so many areas of our life. It is fast becoming our biggest weakness as it is leading to long term issues that we have to address.

If you follow a fitness plan for a week or two you are often viewed on as weird! 2 weeks seems like a long time to be doing the same thing. And then walk in the people that have been eating a certain way for years and they are just look as as aliens.

Well long term commitment may well be what is missing for a number of people in life and this really is what needs addressing.
