"Today’s episode is with someone who I look up to and admire greatly. When I’m trying to build my mental toughness, Marcus is one of my biggest influences for doing that. You may recognise his voice from Podcast 207 where he talks about going from the intensive care unit to running 30 marathons in 30 days. There are few people who light me up as much as Marcus, so I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed recording it.
