The subject of “Mental Health” seems to have a lot go stigma tied to it and is even taboo in a number of cultures, however if you look to some of the data, as a race we have some real issues that we need to face up to as lives are being taken and people are living in misery.
Todays guest Dani has herself suffered from depression and anxiety throughout her life which she talks openly about. She also shares with us the vision behind her company Safe Space DXB and some of the great things that they are doing to help the people of the UAE. Dani gives us some practical tips that we can start implementing into our lives straight away and continues the theme that we have discussed in previous shows that "its ok not to be ok” but then you need to do something about it.
