So you have bought Amazon or your local sports store out of fitness equipment and built the perfect or near perfect home gym, you have also downloaded the latest app from your fav “Fitspo” and maybe even got yourself some new workout kit.
Week one was all good as you jumped into Zoom classes, shared your workouts with your friends and posted rampantly on your social media about this new way of staying fit.
Who knows what happened next but something did and suddenly you are not super motivated to get out of bed first thing in the morning to workout in your living room, or does it just get late in the day too fast and before you can get your workout in Netflix is rolling?
