Welcome to another 4 part series. As the weather heats up here in Dubai and all over the northern hemisphere what better to topic to attack than “Indoor training in the hot months.” Your training does not need to suffer just because it is hot outside. There are however certain things you need to know and adjustments that you need to make.We kick off this series looking into why we actually suffer in the heat as we dig into:
